I'm just filling out my feedback form on the Ofsted application process. I'm reasonably tech-savvy but found it one of the most impenetrable, un-intuitive and uninformative processes I've ever gone through - I just wondered how many people had found it the same?

I have fond memories of it deleting my application after I had clicked save. Fun times! :S The whole process didn't seem very user friendly, in my opinion.

I am in the same boat.
It's almost like the system is trying to put you off so remain determined.
