A friend of a friend does her tax return each month..does anyone else does this?

Currently, I believe, you can only submit an annual self-assessment annually.
Do you mean she works out all her business accounts monthly, or maybe submits them to her accountant monthly?
There are plans for self-assessment to be done more often but that is a long term Gov plan for future years.
