I'm not trying to lose any serious weight (only have about 7-9lbs to shift) but I always find going public helps!
I lost almost 3st on the Cambridge Diet last year, and was successfully keeping it all off until about May when various events occurred and comfort eating set in. Nearly fainted when I stood on the scales the other day after having not weighed in for a while. :eek:
So, I've been doing WW points counting (I have an old Switch programme handbook that I dug out) for the last couple of days and will continue with it for the foreseeable until the gain has gone!
So far so good :)
