Tax return for the above no help for this year on free resources. Has it stopped 2013-2014 is it not been done any more

I think the tax office have changed all their formats and leaflets as well as closing all the offices! BIM52751 - Care providers: childminders: expenses (http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/bimmanual/bim52751.htm)
