Aims & Objectives Policy Needed - please!!!!

hello, does anyone have an 'aims and objective' policy that they use in their setting. I need to have one for my OU course, and i've got just about every other one but not this one. Also required please, one of the questions is asking about 'the environment and ethos in supporting childrens learning'', what do you think they mean by ethos.

If any one can help or point me in the right direction It would be really appreciated. I have checked the bca, but they havent got a suitable policy.

Don't have that policy sorry...

Ethos - I would have thought that was something to do with Reggio or Montessori, that sort of thing ..

The environment - bang on about 'enabling environments' from eyfs and how that meets with whatever the OU books say on the subject.


Which tma are you doing? :D
