making music toys

As the weather is so awful and I have a four year old and a two year old, I wanted to make some muscial toys for them to take home. Apart from filling a kitchen roll with lentils, I really can't remember any.
Any idea?

thank you for those websites. The older child I had ended up stapling two plastic plates together with beans in and thought it was great. Sometimes I think we all think everything has to be a finished masterpiece
