help with 3-4 year funding and fees Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have just registered for 3-4 year funding as a childminder for 2 children in my care,
How in simple terms do I calculate these, do I have to pay funding back if a child is ill, myself ill, they go on holiday ect
One child is doing 6 hours at playgroup and the others for funding here at 9 hrs. one child has 19 hours care with me (so 15 hours will be funded the other at an hourly rate,
Any help or advice would be so much appreciated, thanks

Generally I would say if they are ill or on holiday then they just lose their hours.
My LA don't need to know unless they don't turn up at all.
If I am ill I would try and fit them in another time.
If you only do part of the funding allowance you should only be paid for that part

Thanks, just so many different ways people charge term time only, deduct their individual holidays, I just don't want to be paying back money if wrong. The funding I feel is a let down as encouraged to register to find out the rate is less than my hourly rate so being left out of pocket.
