Well today is day one and so far i have been good :littleangel:

Breakfast : Weetabix, skimmed milk and gran. sweetner

Lunch : Krackerwheats and cottage cheese

Tea : Homemade vegetable soup and garlic bread


I feel so good, must try to eat some fruit tomorrow (even though i can't stand the stuff - prefer veg instead).

Well done Cheryl - not sure about garlic bread though thought that was high in cals.

To be honest Miffy it was probably hign i cals but when i worked out the rest of what i had eaten it was'nt very much so i thought i would have it.

Also at least it was'nt followed by chocolate and biscuits lol


I don't want to starve myself as i know that if i do i will end up eating twice as much :rolleyes:

Sorry I didnt get on yesterday but heres what i had to eat ;

Breakfast : 2 weekabix & skimmed milk
Lunch : Homemade veg soup & wholemeal bread
Tea : Brown Rice & stir fryed veg ( no oil )

Today

Breakfast : Krackerwheats & vlf cottage cheese
Lunch : Slim a soup, Wholemeal pitta with chicken & salad
Tea : Jacket potato & vlf cottage cheese / coleslaw ( 1/2 & 1/2 ) , salad


I still feel very positive just hope the scales reward me on monday ;)

I'm just hoping I can keep it up :rolleyes: I am finding it easy at the moment but I am a comfort eater so I hope I can keep away from the chocolate x

I have decided to let myself have a small amount on weighin night so I have something to look forward too :clapping:

Well ive done ok today also:

Breakfast : Weetabix and skimmed milk ( at Hazels house )
Lunch : Home made veg soup, wholemeal bread, banana
Tea : Mash ( milk no butter ), cabbage, carrot, swede, 2 small grilled sausages

im also drinking lots of water and sugargree cordial x

Hi Angel thanks for asking x

I am still doing really well, im finding it suprisingly easy and am really enjoying eating the healthy foods. Even my daughter asked today ' are you ok mum you keep eating really healthy food !'.

Yesterday was a little bit harder , dont know why but i felt a bit down and usually i would comfort eat - but i didnt so felt really good about myself.

Just hope i can keep it up x It definately helps knowing other people are going through the same process x

I cant believe things can change so much in a week but i feel really down and negative now x I have had 3 bad evenings and am hoping i can start afresh in the morning - wish me luck x

I think maybe its down to the fact i was so strict last week and also it is that time oif the month this week and i always crave chocolate :panic: and ive given in big time :(

I have had a bad day today too Cheryl lots of things going on so I have been eating more than I should have

It is a blip though

We can both do it so come on lets be good together tomorrow

diet philosophy according to theresa

1. Diet's don't count when you're on your monthlys
2. If you have a blip, it's only a blip, you can always start again the next day
3. Did i mention diet's don't count when you're on :D

Don't worry about it cheryl, when you're feeling yuck, having a bit of what you fancy does you good :)
