How do i develop my service/evaluate it

CAn anyone help me with this question for my pre reg?

I will obviously use the OFSTED SEF and get feedback from parents and also reflect on the activities I've done eg. Did the kids enjoy it etc but what else do I need to do or say here?

You could think about how you will gather feedback from parents. But basically what you have said is what they will be looking for. How will you develop your service- will you do training? will you look for ideas and advice from other CMers and LA support?
