Help with fixed costs please

Ok basically i am currently studying for my cypop5 and am a little confused as to what to include in my fixed costs? How in depth do i go with this? do i include things like rent, gas, electricity, food, wet wipes, cleaning products,? is there anything i shouldn't add or that i've forgotten to add?
lol my brain isn't helping me right now :doh:.
