Help with ofsted security token!

Ive just received this in the post. I already have s gateway account so is that what I go into? I don't understand where I need to enter the OFSTED security token? Anyone able to help?! Thank you...

I got one yesterday. You can basically track your application with it. Login ofsted online. Then in the side box it says SEF something like that click on that and it'l ask for it
