How to do ticks

I am hoping someone on here can help. I have been filling in some forms online for my LA, the answers are supposed to be ticks, can anyone tell me how to tick a box in on excel form. Thanks in advance.

I use an 'X'

I have some special tweezers!! :laughing:

You can change the font, windings I think, then when you put, for example, a p in the box it actually shows as the symbol! You'll have to pay around though, sometimes you get diferent symbols for a capital than a lowercase iyswim.....

I have tried till im blue in the face there is no "Tick" ive looked in maths, symbols every where sorry hun x

Thanks anyway. Just can't understand why they ask for ticks if you can't do them . Surely put an x in the box would be just as good. Still never can work out LA brilliant about somethings but for some other things they are rubbish.
