1... oh was signed off sick in November by doctor for two weeks oh boss was really snotty towards him on the phone and basically tried to get him to work by been ill.(went back to work after the doctor sick note ran out)
2...oh boss was overheard been horrid about him " I cant ******* get hold of input his name (it was a day off and we had been visiting family).
3... is overheard been unprofessional about another employee to another member of staff whom is willing to drag herself into the bitching ect to the point she heard calling someone a " fat bastard"
4...oh was ill today gave plenty notice that he wouldn't be in today any how ten minutes ago oh received a message from his boss " all work covered until monday " this means she taken all his work from him ....like he been punished for been ill..
Oh half boss is middle aged and woman
Driving us nuts ! And now left in limbo as to what pay he is going to get now she taken all his work from him he a mobile cleaner and on 40 hr contract a week
However is given over time and works some times on less than 2 /3 hours sleep this is why he was signed off in November with exhaustion.
Im going to keep diary of it all too
