Ofsted registrtion form confused.

Hi could any one help please i have a few questions re ofsted application form :
* how woud you put the ratios down if the questions were worded like this
Please specify the age ranges and number of children you will care for:
E3) Birth to under one year
One year to the end of the early years age group
E4) End of the early years age group to under eight
E5) Eight years to under 11 years
11 years to under 15 years
15 years to under 18 years

* Does it cost more on registrtion fee if you tick to be added to the voluntary part of the childcare register as well as early years and compulsary child care.

* Ey2 forms do the members of my family filling them in need to have there own gate way account or can the fill it in under mine ?

sorry for so many questions i would really appreciate any help.

1 under 1 / 3 under 5 of whom 1 can be under 1

max of 6 under 8

You need the early years register, the childcare register - both parts. it costs the same.

Yes everyone needs their own dbs and govt gateway logins.
