Smoking policy?

Hi, please can someone tell me if a smoking policy is required (I am working to the EYFS and compulsory childcare register)?
I am a non smoker and so is my partner, so what should it say?

I think it is still in there! It is the most pointless of all my policies! Mine states that I am a none smoker and that I have a none smoking household and I will not allow visitors to smoke on my property when children are or about to be present. (So no popping round to have a quick ciggie on my garden at 6am lol).

My policy is the same as above I also put up no smoking sign :)
