Saw my DO yesterday and she wafted my NVQ file under my nose and pointed me to the sheet in the front from the verifier.
Now - my DO has been having a massive battle with this verifier as she seems to think she is Atillia the Hun (verifier not DO!!! lol) on checking and is being more picky, choosy and mind changing than Ofsted on an inspection.
My file has come back with .........:D :D 3 - yes only 3 things she wan't happy with and they are really daft nitpicky things like havn't x-ref'd something properly, forgot to put a blank sheet in and that my DO hadn't signed of on an observation.
This verifier has sampled 7 of the 10 units in my file (this is how anal she is about the files) oh and a note that my file appears to be a bit raggy and she recommends putting everything into a new file.
Oh and I got my overall Diploma (DHC) certificate saying A grade - really proud of that too!!!!
Now I just need some clients who actually give a monkeys about it all! lol
