Framework for the Regulation of EY provision...changes to paragraph 56

Sad sad sad that paragraph 57 has not been amended... Ofsted will still not re inspect cms who get inadequate ...only nurseries and preschools get the in-house inspections ...unfair unequal and biased!!!

I am very happy to see that in a way...it was an issue/question raised at the last London OBC months ago...where one attendee suggested recording the feedback...it looks like Ofsted do not like that....and we know why..
funny enough they put that in their Factsheet a while back...so they can act quickly when it suits.

Sad they have not done the same about some more burning issues which we are still waiting a reply to.

Just a recommendation to look at the updates
Conducting EY inspection has a new update (3 Nov) about inspecting providers with no children on roll and relevant to CMs...clearly stated in paragraph 7

Also be aware Ofsted are changing their website and going to gov.uk

This sounds like you still get inspected if you gave no children on your roll but what kind of grade could they give you?

If you get inspected with no children on the roll you get either met or not met

All the info you need is here ...as far as I know there has not been an updated version since
