The result of the meeting of the London OBC Steering Group are going to be made public next week.....I would highly recommend you read the outcome

The Steering Group met early October to take the dialogue with Ofsted further on and the London area will meet again soon...other areas continue with their meetings.

The recommendation is to spread as wide as possible via twitter and FB too and it will also be shared with all the other OBC areas and chairs.
It will also be on the OBC website...join and you will get all the updates
