Before I ring OFSTED can any1 answer this with assistant possible ages of children would be 1 x 16mths, 3 x 18mths, 1 x 3yrs and 1 x 3yrs 10mths (so 6 under 5's) then 1 rising 5, 1 x 5yrs, 3 x 6yrs, (so 5 over 5's). We are within numbers but 2 different school drop offs can my assistant take 4 under 5's and 1 over 5 with her or am I better off doing that school an she did the other school with 2 under 5's and 4 over 5's hope this makes sense??? This may only come up 1ce a month as some of children on rotas :-)
