Birthday cake.. This years challenge stitch

Dd1 is 13!! Wanted me to make her a stitch birthday cake bless her she thinks I am a master baker! Talked her down from a 3d one, then from a flat full body one to just doing the head

Don't tell her I cheated this year and bought the cake ,
Ran out of time to make and decorate!

I'm very grateful that my children have never asked me to make them a birthday cake. In fact they beg me every year to buy one, not make one :p

I know I am sorry I started it in some ways,, yest she asked me did I enjoy the baking or decorating bit more,, truth is neither I find it stressful! I do love to bake but this is pressurised and I find they ask for more complicated things each year as I pull off each one :(

Dd2 has bday in two weeks but she is into minecraft so whatever she wants will be square ., should be easier !
