Relief!!! I have done it - Im registered

So relieved - I had my pre-reg inspection on Wednesday last week and the lovely lady said Yes! I am now waiting on my certificate..I have got 2 little boys signed up for a Tuesday and 1 little boy who wants to come on a Wednesday(From Oct). I want to advertise now so I can get some more and then I can give notice on my Thurs/Fri job.

Where is best to advertise, and Im not sure whether to go with Michael Morton or Pacey. I am also looking at getting signed up with an online computer thing for journals and monitoring etc...I understand I cant mention their name?

Any advice for next steps?

Congratulations :-) remember ofsted have the final say, I wouldnt hand ur notice in until u receive ur certificate as u cant start until u have it. I have heard someone waiting months for their certificate! ><

I think it takes 2 wks for certificate. My 2 wks is tomorrow so will be waiting!!

Check the ofsted reports, that's when I knew mine was on its way as my ofsted number was up...

Well done that is excellent news I received my certificate two weeks after my visit

I have heard this is about average for now

I use Percy as I like their registers Books and contracts I think they are worth the little extra money

How about creating a page on Facebook or paying the membership to childcare.co.uk

Naturally children will come to you as you build a good reputation
