Recommendations

Hi,

I'm waiting for that important call to say when the inspector arrives, but now panicking as ive just read on another thread that the inspectors don't do recommendations only pass or fail!

How true is this? worried that the house won't be ready in time :(

I had my pre-reg visit a couple of weeks ago and there was a couple of jobs that I needed doing (drain covers, hooks for blind cords) - but because I had identified these areas and confirmed I would be putting safety elements in place for them a.s.a.p, the Inspector was happy with this :)

Thats great to know Vikki! Been slightly worried may fail on something stupid and little that just needs changing and not because we don't know the answers to qs :-)
