Policy/risk assessment for a dog?

Hi probably not a bad idea having a risk assessment. I've just registered and when ofsted came they asked about a policy but not risk assessment for the puppy. I think the policy is important but a risk assessment although probably not necessary according to ofsted may be a good idea :)
