Could someone please help me, what is the legislation of safeguarding?

i have put Children Act (1989) and (2004). but marker said its wrong

I suggest you get Penny Tassoni's book. It is the one for the full level 3 Diploma but it covers CYPOP 5 which is one of the larger Units of the Diploma. It is an excellent book. You will also need to find out your local LA procedures for Child protection because procedures although basically the same everywhere local areas do have differences and of course different phone numbers.
