my assistant has a level two qualification, DBS, first aid, safeguarding, food hygiene. What would she need to do to register as a childminder?
Does she still need to do a briefing session and training course?

Yes, she would still need to do the childminder training, health declaration, Paediatric first aid if hers doesn't cover her.
