pre-reg Visit

Hi I had my registration visit yesterday and I am not sure how it went. My house was fine but I wasn't expecting such a.grilling on EYFS. Some questions I answered but others I didn't. Think I may have let myself down. I did read that they may not register you if they feel you can not deliver EYFS. Jane.

Sorry it didnt go as you expected the stress can get to us all so dont beat yourself up on it. Have they said when you will find out?

What where some of the eyfs questions they asked you?

I'm sorry that it wasn't a good experience.

I'm awaiting my visit any day and I'm really nervous!

Did you complete the Ofsted 'Preparing for your registration visit' booklet'?

She asked me every question off the booklet and more I just got flustered because everyone had told me they would just pick a few. The inspector was nice and said its takes up around 2-3 weeks for certificate. Hope they think I can implement the EYFS, I think that will get easier when I am childminding.

My Certificate arrived today, so relieved. Can't wait to get started then the fun will begin. :clapping:
