I have passport and birth cert for his application but the third will have to be a letter from school, does anyone know what information needs to be on the letter other than name, address, DOB. Thanks

Confirmation as to how long he's attended the school?
I'm sure schools will have a template for this type of letter request :thumbsup:

My daughter had a letter from the school just confirming name, address and date of birth and that she attends the school signed by the headmaster. I explained it was for a DBS and it was ready the next day. Because my daughter did not have a passport/driving licence we also had to get a signed photo from headmaster but your DS has a passport so no problem there.
Thanks both for that, have emailed school so hopefully they will do it.
