What paperwork do i need to do for a 2 year old that is with me for 2 hours once a week?

Emkcoles....Although the child is with you for only just 2 hrs and it will be 'harder' to follow his progress we still have duty to observe, plan and report on his progress...whatever is seen for those few hours can be recorded and an assessment based on that evidence and play can be planned around the child's interests.
Does the child go somewhere else? do you have anything that will help your starting points?
if not share your observations with the parents
EYFS does not state how long a child has to be with you but the Learning and Development apply...and Ofsted will want to see evidence of your planning for him
good luck ...I hope you manage to do this very simply in a Learning Journey and put lots of photos there ...come back if you need more help
