Please can someone help me. I want to send a questionnaire out to a parent and their 2 yr old (nearly) daughter and I've got myself frazzled in what to ask. I did give out a progress checklist when the lo started but as she has progressed so much I wanted to send another but what do I put on it! Thank you :-)
