policies and procedures- parents sign?

I'm writing all my policies and procedures at the mo and am wondering- do parents have to sign at the bottom of each policy to say they agree?

Either that or make a front cover with a list of all the policy titles and ask to sign to agree to them all :) saves paper and arm ache x

That's what I do I have a list of all my policies and procedures with a tick box beside each one and a note saying I have read and agreed to all polices and procedures and get parent sign and date
