I'm not particularly large or anything but my problem has always been portion control rather than what I eat.

Trying to but really failing! I blame the OH and tempting takeaway deals.
SW is great, lost 3lb in a week but then got pregnant. Bubba is 1 today and I'm nearly back to my pregnancy weight :(

Same here.

I've been brought up to 'don't waste your food' so will carry on eating even after I know I've had enough lol.

I'm not too big either but would like to loose a few lbs before the summer months.

I had my LO in Nov 2012 and was sick all through my pregnancy when I gave birth I had lost weight and weighed what I did in my teens.

Although it had been hard being so sick it slightly paid off as I felt great after having little one. Clothes fitted better, I felt more confident etc.... Now the lbs are slowly creeping back on and I want to nip it in the bud.

It's hard though isn't it when you love your food so much :( x

Well done

I found it so restrictive and was starving on the fasting days but my mom loves this diet

Do you eat anything on the other five days or do you give yourself a limit ....I mean do you eat normally ?

Morning Angel

I started sw again! Back in January right after new year

I have lost 22lb so far and so much still to go!

But it fits lovely around my lifestyle, I have a 2 weeks of little 1/2lb off's and this week put on (it has been my birthday lol!! my first gain in 13 weeks). But all back on track

I think what ever diet suits around everyone else is the way forward!

I do have mainly red days as I feel carbs are my downfall!

Sounds weird but yeah im actually enjoying this one. It doesnt feel so restrictive. I have a light cereal bar or cerael for brekkie. Bell peppers cucumber n my dairy allowance in cheese for lunch. I save my syns for both my evening meal and treats later. If I have a chicken kiev for dinner thats my allowance so I have grapes in the evenings but if ive had a low syn dinner I have a choc bar or something similar later x

Thanks for the luck x its a hysterectomy so might need it x

Ooh tell us about this one?!

It's a 9 day program where u 'cleanse' the body from impurities. It's by forever living and is aloe Vera based. You have shots of aloe Vera gel, bee pollen tablet for energy and garcina(?) to stop you feeling hungry and then a milk shake- I had chocolate last time and was actually quite nice!

The first two days u only have what's in the box and water then days 3-9 u can have 600kcals per day as well as two shakes and tablets and gel. I split my kcals into two meals- was too difficult giving the kids lunch and tea knowing I couldn't eat any of it!!

I struggled with the gel as I didn't like the taste but did get used to it and the cut of tea was difficult and I got a bit if a headache but my results were good and tbh I haven't put it all back on which I thought might happen! X

Even more chuffed and inspired as I genuinely didn't think I'd've lost coz of eating out. Very happy! Well done to everyone who's persevering! Not easy over Easter with all the chocolate flying round! Fortunately my DS is only 10 months so got very few eggs etc and they're in 'his' cupboard so I'm not tempted! :) xx

Fair play to you. Im the same with ds's choc. He bought me a choc orange so that I could have an easter treat while still sticking to sw x 2 1/2 syns a segment so if ive been good all day I can have 6!!!

I wouldn't exactly say I'm on a diet but I've been watching what I eat for the last two months or so, as I was piling on unnecessary pounds.
Now i religiously keep a food diary and make entries in it about every morsel that I consume; has helped me so much in cutting down on those chocolates and chips which I used to unknowingly pop-in at any random time of the day!
