Im making a very mild kedgeree. The LOs here seem to love it and it makes sure they get some good old omega 3 too.

We were having chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese and wrapped in Parma ham with asparagus as dd was at a friends and I doubt she'll eat it, but her friend is now poorly so I'm debating whether to do it anyway or go with prawn risotto yum!

I think it will be cheese toasties with coleslaw tonight. It is quick and easy, and nearly the only thing I can make that all the family will eat without complaining.

I was eating alone tonight. Hubby out, dd ate at a friends and ds wanted to eat early. Just had a massive stirfry with loads of veg, chicken and made with ginger, garlic and spring onion with loads of chile. Had it with shredded cabbage instead of noodles - was so yummy but I'm stuffed.
