New contract question..plz help!

I have a new parent coming today for a 2nd visit to sign contracts (I have the Pacey ones)but I just wondered do I fill them out as she tells me her info or does she??

I would fill it out myself and that way you know what is written there.

Ok will do-with regards to my policies i have a space for parents to sign and myself-but do parents need a signed copy of policies aswell or just me??

I would definately give the parents copies of your policies, even if they are emailed. There are 4 you must if I have remembered the number correctly. Whether the parents copies are signed is up to you though.

Yep no i know they have to have the policies I just didnt know if they're copy needs to be signed-I'll get them signed just to be safe and cover myself :-)

I ask the parent to to complete the child record form and then I complete the contract. I email the record for to the parents and once they email it back I can prepare all the paperwork before they arrive.
