Does everyone charge their hourly fee for after school or a session fee?
I have just had an enquiry for after school until 5 o'clock 4 days from September. At my hourly rate it works out about £36 a week. But i was thinking that if I did an after school session fee of £15 say, it would be £60. I wont be doing dinner as the child would be leaving too early altho there will be a snack after school.
It was someone from social services who called on behalf of a family and I have said it was £4.50 an hour (so £9 per afternoon), so I cant go back on that one can I? Thats my fault for not engaging my brain first. But could I introduce it do you think for later mindees?
