I have looked but can't see.

I want to change an all year round contract to term time only. Can I just give five weeks notice? And say if they want to leave then I will waive the notice period? What do you think?

What notice have you put on page 3 for ending the contract (bottom right)
If I was to be changing to term time only, I would do a new contract rather than an amendment, but would give parents more notice than my standard 4 weeks, so 5 weeks should suffice

Then you are giving them an extra week for them to have a think/review their care arrangements - notice period still stands (on either side) :thumbsup:

Thanks have given it. No response as yet,.... They are a tricky parent, turn up when not booked, difficult payers, so really don't mind if they say bye.
