Have all about me books, which include parents info, doctors info, allergys medical info, fav toy ect...
But has anyone got a starting point template? Checklist type or anything really? Bit stuck on this point.

My Starting Points form is pretty much the same as my termly progress reviews- boxes for each Area (just 3 prime for under 3s), box for comments from parents, box for comments from child. I write a few sentences about what child is doing, what we can help them move towards in each area. I have a separate tracker sheet to mark where they are by age/stage on all Aspects. Starting Points just tends to have a bit more about settling in I find.
