Help re what paperwork I might need

Ok I have a little boy who is already with another CM coming for a taster session with me on Monday, what paperwork would you do - everything e.g. contract etc or just child information and a few permissions. I was intending to do everything contract, permissions etc then all done I had also intended to charge for it rather than do it as a settling in session as there is no guarantee he will come to me later, what do you think? If I charge and he comes across to me when I have a space then I could always refund some of it back I guess - thoughts please.

I always have everything in place before starting with the child - and money up front.
