Can you help? Im newly registered and sorting out my observations and planning. I quite like the samples given in the guidance for the 2 year check could I use those for new children (not just those between 24 and 36 months). The 'all about me ' etc at the back of the document. Thanks :-)

You can adapt anything for any purpose!

i have pretty much the same forms for my 2 year checks and my summary assessments - they work for me so I stick with them! :D
