Feel a little lost with it all. I read that you can choose to remain with Ofsted and have inspections. If you are on an agency, do we get graded what the agency does? Is this really fair as some Childcare providers work much harder than others to provide good care

That would appear to he the case, it wouldn't be fair would it?
