Help needed re %'s for tax return

I confidently worked out my percentages for gas and elec, council tax and water rates ages ago and now I come to submit my tax return I can't remember how I have done it (it's my first return!).

Does anyone have an easy way of working out the percentages as my hours of work change weekly (i.e. 12 hours, 18 hours, 20 hours, etc.)?

Any help would be appreciated before I start tearing my hair out :panic:

Hi go on the free resources on here and go to the tax info section the guidance one and scroll down and there is a section on the percentages for the hours we work, hope this helps :thumbsup:
