Observation from info from home?

Can I write up an observation and next steps/planning from information shared by parents?

I would write 'observation from home' or 'info from mum' etc and then write it down, then add next steps.

Do you put this on your observation form or show it another way?

I use scrapbooks and photos or postit notes, and then write next to these.

but you could put it on your observation form, or maybe create a new form for 'obs from home' xx

I note 'news from home' equally to an obs I would make and list them all together, adding a next step if relevant.

I have coloured post it notes for home observations - it helps them to stand out :)
