The only people who can tell you that is your Local Authority. They decide what courses you need to do and may also tell you which providers to use.

'Pre-registration training' is a bit of a confusing term as there are two things:
1] a 'Pre-reg introduction course', usually a few hours, often for free, run by Local Authority telling you the basics about being a CM and local info about grants/local demand/courses available etc. It is open to all, no obligation to continue to become a CM, just to tell you what is involved. (I hear some LAs are changing from a course to an on-line presentation for this).
2] The CYPOP5 course (or whatever course the LA decide is necessary) which is a qualification you need to pass before registering. It can be done on-line, via Pacey for example, or on a college course.

'Safeguarding' can be done on a training course (typically a 6-hour course), there are various on-line courses but unless your LA 'approve' the course it could be useless so check with LA first.

You will also need the LA's approved 12-hour paediatric first aid course.
