Thanks for sharing too Sarah...it appears this guidance is not 'new' as NWorld says but it is a revised and updated version to include the Ofsted National Directors who have recently taken their posts.

It is reassuring that maybe we are being listened to...positive engagement has worked in this instance :thumbsup:..maybe one day we may get listened to when it comes to agencies and putting independent CMs first!! Cheers to hope...it never dies :)
