Hi,

Just looking for advice/opinion.

22m old mindee points at a baby picture of my son when he was 9 months old, he's now 6 and I also have an 8 year old boy so not coincidence, and says Look it lala (this is what she calls him lol).

Do I stick a quick wow moment post it note just noting this or write a full ob with next steps, and linking to EYFS (not that I would know what area this comes under lol)

I'd just note in daily diary as a nice moment. Make more of it if you want- something about UW people/communities, or CL as mindee was telling you what they saw/wanting to communicate it.

I would safely say that 'attachments' is what this child is showing....your own child is a special person to the mindee
Look at PSED in DM on page 8 under 8-20 months development

The pointing is a sign she/he is gaining attention and interacting in a variety of ways and there is evidence of building relationships with special people...in this case your child
