New House risk assesment

I am moving house soon and I know that I have to do a risk assesment on the new house for Ofsted. Can I just use the bromley one and also do I do it like I would normally taking into account furniture position etc or do I just do the risks on the empty house? Only I will be able to look around the house a few weeks before the move so was going to get my risk assesment done then but won't necessarily know where the furniture will be going.

I moved house recently and all I did was jot down the hazards in each room on a piece of paper. The ofsted lady was happy.
