Laura Perrins is a campaigner for 'stay at home mums'
You may remember she was interviewed alongside E Truss on Newsnight a while back.
She fights for the mothers to have a say about where they should be cared and for non working mothers to be valued as much as those returning to work...she says whatever work mothers choose to do it is 'work'!
She also understands that high quality childcare cannot be cheap.
Her blog shows she is clear about the system and who the carers are and what good work they do for those children they care for while the parents are at work.

Her blog is in response to Karren Brady statement that 'childcare is the barrier to women returning to work'
