Hi was just trying to find this on the website, found a link but it comes up page not found?
Has anyone got a link to the most recent Ofsted form? X
I was looking at that earlier today, I googled the doc number and found it that way. But wasn't on the ofsted website. Was it for permission form?
I'm redoing my policies and needed to check about giving calpol. Whether it had to be prescribed or not. Just wanted to be sure I'd got the correct wording x

When factsheets disappear it normally means they are being updated .... :D
I did think it might be that Sarah. Ok will wait a little bit and see. X

It was last updated in Jan 2013. I have searched this document number and title and it is not coming up so they have withdrawn it at present.

Sarah is right...many things are being updated at present including the EYFS but all we can do is follow the Requirements in the present EYFS until something new comes up...page 21 and 22 are clear on what we need to do then we can devise forms 'personal' to our setting
