Please clarify this for me!

I am just about to buy a new car. I am able to turn off the front pass anger air bag so am I correct in thinking that a child in a front facing car seat with air bag off is allowed???????

As far as I'm aware as long as the child is in the age appropriate seat and is strapped in then Yes you can use the front seat with the air
bag turned off. If I'm wrong someone will put me straight.

I think you can but know lots of parents don't like their child travelling in the front, if I need to use the front seat then one of my own children go in it, they are all over 5.

I would say the same as Dawn, I would only place my own child in the front seat just in case it is an issue with parents.

It would be very unlikely that I would need to use the front seat but if I got parental permission that would be fine.
