Level 3 Question - Annual Costs

Hi,

I was hoping that someone could help me to find out the annual costs of becoming a childminder. I have to create a spreadsheet containing annual and weekly costs but am especially finding it dificullt to find out the costs of Ofsted registration and DBS checks. (My laptop is very slow!!!)

If anyone could point out a template sheet for costs or just let me know Ofsted registration fees, I'd be extremely grateful.
