Hi Folks
Can anyone tell me how to work out my monthly payments for electricity and gas so that I have a figure from which to work out the percentage based on the hours worked?
My gas bills come bi-annually and show gas used between, for example, Feb 12 - Aug 12 and then Aug 12 to Feb 13. I started in the middle of 2012, so can I use an average of the total bills shown to calcluate my monthly bills for the months that I was childminding??
then for next years tax return I'd use the next two bills and average out... and keep going! I know neither bill ends neatly at the end of March (that would be too easy!), so is this an OK solution?
Does that even make sense??
Help!
Cheers!
